JO8 Study Programme
Overview
The programme is split into two days. The first study day is timed to be attended a month before the exam. It is designed to help you do several things. Firstly, understand the exam’s format and how best to approach and study this unique exam. Secondly, you will learn about the importance of each stage of the sales process and the key issues the CII attaches to each stage. You’ll come away will a full understanding of all the generic issues and processes you’ll need for the exam
The second day is timed to be attended in between the case studies being issued by the CII and the actual exam date. As a result the day will be spent helping you analysis the client’s current situation, assessing it against their aims and objectives, and creating solutions and appropriate recommendations to meet their specific needs. We will also give you guidance on the best way to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding to the examiner.
This two day programme is packed with everything you will need to cement the hard study you have been doing to ensure exam success.

Programme content
The programme is a very intensive workshop that includes:
- Study checklist in preparation for the workshop
- All learning outcomes covered by a subject matter expert
- A knowledge MOT in the workshop where gaps in key areas are common
- Sales process and generic knowledge
- Case study model answers
- A study plan for use between courses and the exam
- Key hints and tips so you need to remember less but will know more
- Terminology is demystified so marks aren't lost
