The programme covers a range of knowledge and skills that will enable you to effectively build and motivate a high performing team. Upon completion of the programme, you will be able to:

  • Define the different roles individuals can play within a team and how they add value to the team
  • Explain the key stages of team development
  • Effectively manage your team as they progress through each stage of team development
  • Define the strengths of individual team members and outline how these can be effectively leveraged
  • Apply a range of approaches for motivating individuals with differing motivational needs
  • Engage and involve team members in the development of the team
