Programme content

The programme covers a range of knowledge and skills that will enable you to effectively lead people in times of change. Upon completion of the programme, you will be able to:

  • Effectively plan and communicate before, during and after a change process
  • Explain the Change Curve and the emotions and behaviours displayed by individuals at each stage
  • Manage individuals' reactions to change
  • Demonstrate support to individuals through the various stages of the Change Curve
  • Describe and manage the different change personality types
  • Role model the behaviours and attitudes you expect from others in a change situation
  • Manage and motivate others to succeed and prosper in the post change environment
