The programme covers a range of knowledge and skills that will enable you to select and recruit the right people for your organisation. Upon completion of the programme, you will be able to:

- Outline an effective recruitment process
- Define your roles and responsibilities as a recruiter at each stage of the process
- List a range of candidate assessment tools and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each
- Build effective competency based interviews
- Demonstrate effective candidate interviewing and assessment skills
- Confidently provide appropriate feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates
