Programme content
The programme covers a range of sales knowledge and skills. Upon completion of the programme, you will be able to:

- Make the customer feel at ease
- Use effective questioning to understand customer needs
- Demonstrate active listening skills
- Take notes without losing focus
- Respond appropriately to non verbal communication
- Lead and manage the conversation
- Gain sufficient information to match an appropriate product or service
