Organisations are increasingly focussing upon the value created by any learning and development investment. There is a real need to understand whether or not training solutions delivered the intended improvements in skills, knowledge and performance
This programme will help trainers and learning consultants to review the performance of any learning intervention and report their findings and recommendations.

Programme content
The programme covers the skills and knowledge required to design and develop learning solutions that deliver the required outcomes whilst catering for differing learner preferences. Upon completion of the programme, you will be able to:
- Describe the role that evaluation plays within the training cycle
- Explain Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels of evaluation model
- Utilise a range of tools and techniques to carry out learning at each of Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels
- Decide what and how to evaluate any given piece of learning
- Complete return on investment calculations
- Identify trends and issues through analysis of evaluation data
- Make recommendations based upon evaluation findings
- Compile structured evaluation reports covering hard and soft measures.
