Programme content
The programme covers the skills and knowledge required to design and develop learning solutions that deliver the required outcomes whilst catering for differing learner preferences. Upon completion of the programme, you will be able to:
- Identify the differences between learning facilitation and training delivery
- Describe the elements that make a great session that delivers results
- Outline the four main learner preferences and how to address the needs of each
- Deliver sessions that engage all members of the audience
- React and respond to the needs of your learners in the moment
- Deploy strategies to effectively manage group dynamics
- Observe and recognise learning happening
- Make learning stick
